Starting in Kharkov and organized by the Kharkov municipality with the Ministry of Education in Ukraine, the shift from print books to an all electronic book format will take the schools into the future of reading and studying. Students will no longer experience trouble with heavy backpacks or lose their place while reading again. The jetBook eReader weighs only 5.8 ounces, can store thousands of textbooks, and has superior functions that help students find texts, words, and jump to pages instantly.
"The Ministry of Education in Ukraine has a great potential to advance the learning ethics of students" says Alex Rabinovich, jetBook Marketing Manager for Ectaco Europe, "Therefore, we’re highly pleased that Ukraine has become one of the first countries in the world to launch such a project. We are excited to participate in this initiative with the Kharkov municipality, as the innovation policy in education will aid both students and teachers."
